2025 Cedar Valley Business Hall of Fame: Honoring Leadership & Legacy
On Thursday, October 30, 2025, the Cedar Valley Business Hall of Fame will celebrate its 31st year of recognizing distinguished business leaders who have left a lasting impact on their industries and our community. Three laureates and one entrepreneur will be inducted into this prestigious group, joining an elite list of past honorees who have shaped Eastern Iowa’s economic and social landscape.
Through leadership, vision, and innovation, this year’s inductees have significantly contributed to the region’s growth. Nominated by community members and selected by an independent committee, these individuals exemplify five key standards of excellence:
IMPACT on their industry or organization
INTEGRITY as ethical business leaders
COMMUNITY commitment to improving Eastern Iowa
LEADERSHIP that serves as an inspiration to all, especially Iowa’s youth
ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT in founding or significantly advancing local businesses
The inductees will be honored at a black-tie gala, where attendees will enjoy video biographies showcasing their achievements. A special highlight of the evening will be the participation of local students as hosts and escorts, reinforcing the event’s mission—to inspire the next generation to dream big and strive for success.
