2025 Cedar Valley Business Hall of Fame
Now in its 31st year, the Cedar Valley Business Hall of Fame returns on October 30, 2025, to honor four extraordinary individuals whose leadership, character, and vision have left a lasting impact on Eastern Iowa. This formal black-tie event is more than a celebration—it’s a reflection of what it means to build something meaningful and inspire those who will follow.
This year’s laureates—Bill Bradford of Bradford Companies, Wayne Magee of Magee Construction Company, and Eric Petersen of Northland Products Co.—have each demonstrated a lifetime of success marked by integrity, innovation, and dedication to community. Joining them is Entrepreneur Honoree Max Klein of Freed Construction, whose drive and determination embody the spirit of local entrepreneurship.
Nominated by members of the community and selected by an independent committee, these leaders have not only shaped industries but also served as mentors and role models. Their stories speak to the power of perseverance, the importance of ethical leadership, and the ripple effect that one person’s vision can have on a region.
The evening will feature video biographies that share the personal and professional journeys of each honoree. Adding a unique and meaningful touch, local students will serve as event hosts—reminding us that this evening is as much about the future as it is about the past. By connecting students with leaders who have walked the path of success, the event reinforces Junior Achievement’s mission to help young people see what’s possible and prepare for the opportunities ahead.
The Cedar Valley Business Hall of Fame is a cornerstone of Junior Achievement’s efforts to make education more relevant and real. Through this celebration, we honor those who have built businesses, given back generously, and paved the way for the next generation of leaders.
Join us for an inspiring night of storytelling, celebration, and connection. Reserve your place today and be part of an event that brings our community together to recognize greatness and invest in the future.
