Are you looking for a way to give back to the community while inspiring future professionals in your industry? Junior Achievement invites local businesses and organizations to participate in the Equipment Exploration Fair with Cedar Rapids Community School District on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

This hands-on event is designed to spark curiosity and introduce 4th-grade students to a variety of careers in a fun and interactive environment. By participating, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your industry, engage with students, and make a lasting impact on their future career interests.

Event Details:

Date: Thursday, April 10, 2025
Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Both sessions required)
Location: CRCSD ELSC, 2500 Edgewood Rd NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405

What to Expect

Students will rotate through 15-20 interactive stations, where volunteers from different industries will showcase tools, equipment, or hands-on activities related to their work. This engaging, real-world experience allows students to ask questions, explore career possibilities, and gain a better understanding of the skills needed in various fields.
