Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa is proud to celebrate Taylor Cline’s appointment to ImpactCR’s 2027 Advisory Board! Taylor, who has been part of the JAEI team for three years, serves as the 3DE® School Coordinator at Prairie High School. She is one of eight new board members announced by ImpactCR, which brings together young professionals committed to shaping the future of the Cedar Rapids community.

Through her work with 3DE®, Taylor helps connect classroom learning with real business challenges. Students work together to explore problems, develop solutions, and present their ideas while building skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. These experiences help students understand how their education connects to opportunities beyond high school.

Her new advisory board role offers another way to contribute to the community where those students will learn, work, and lead. Taylor brings a perspective rooted in education and the importance of helping young people prepare for their futures. Her involvement with ImpactCR reflects the connection between preparing tomorrow’s leaders and taking an active role in our community today.

“Taylor’s work with students at Prairie High School gives her a valuable perspective to bring to ImpactCR,” said Seth Pennock, 3DE® Director at Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa. “She helps young people see how their ideas and skills can make a difference, and her own community involvement sets a meaningful example. We’re proud to see her take on this opportunity to serve and lead.”

At JAEI, we’re proud to celebrate staff members who share their time and talents through community service. Congratulations to Taylor and all of ImpactCR’s new advisory board members—we look forward to seeing your contributions in 2027!
