JA Finance Park® Mobile is a dynamic, hands-on financial literacy program designed to empower middle school students with essential money management skills. Delivered through a mobile, on-the-go experience, this program brings real-world financial decision-making directly to students, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to build a strong financial future.
This program, comprising a curriculum and a simulation, helps students build a foundation on which they can make intelligent financial decisions that last a lifetime, including decisions related to income, expenses, savings, and credit.
The educator-led classroom curriculum prepares students by teaching fundamental financial concepts and culminates with an exciting, interactive visit to JA Finance Park® Mobile. During this visit, students engage in a simulated economy, where they take on a unique life scenario—including a career, income, family situation, and financial obligations. They must budget, save, invest, and make spending decisions while navigating real-life financial challenges such as housing, transportation, insurance, and credit.
Through this immersive experience, JA Finance Park® Mobile helps students understand the importance of financial planning, smart decision-making, and long-term goal setting. By bringing financial literacy directly to schools and communities, the program ensures that students are better prepared for adulthood and financial independence.
